These Terms of Service govern your use of the CallMahj website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms incorporate our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use this website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes.

Decorative props shown in product photographs are not included unless specifically stated in the product description or “What You Receive” section.

Normal variations caused by materials or production methods are not generally considered defects.

3. American Mahjong Products

Where a product is described as an American Mahjong set, the product contents and tile quantities will be stated on the relevant product page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Included accessories.
• Material and finish.

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your preferred Mahjong rules or style of play.

4. Prices and Currency

The total payable amount, including applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by us, will be displayed before checkout is completed.

Digital previews are visual guides only. The finished physical product may contain minor differences in color, scale, texture, finish, or placement.

Personalized, custom, and made-to-order products generally cannot be canceled or returned because of a change of mind after design work, sourcing, customization, or production has begun.

This restriction does not apply where the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Customer Artwork

You retain ownership of artwork, photographs, logos, text, and other content submitted for customization.

By submitting content, you grant CallMahj and its production partners a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, resize, adjust, print, engrave, manufacture, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order and provide customer support.

You confirm that:

• You own the submitted content or have permission to use it.
• Fulfilling your order will not infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• The content is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene.

We may reject customization content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, unsafe, or infringing.

We will not use customer-supplied artwork for unrelated public marketing without permission.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Customs clearance.
• Carrier delays.
• Severe weather.
• Public holidays.
• Transport disruption.
• Remote delivery locations.
• Government restrictions.
• International logistics delays.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.

11. Duties and Import Charges

Any treatment of customs duties, import taxes, or related charges will be stated in our Shipping Policy or during checkout.

Where such charges are not stated as included, customers may be responsible for amounts imposed by the destination country or local authority.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, although we will provide reasonable assistance with available shipping information.

12. Cancellations

For standard products, you may contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing, packing, customization, sourcing, or production has begun.

Personalized, custom, and made-to-order products may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation after work has begun.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory cancellation rights that may apply under relevant consumer law.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Eligibility may depend on:

Do not return a product before contacting us and receiving return instructions. The approved return address may be different from the address shown on the original shipping package.

14. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

Promotional codes and discounts:

If a returned order included a complimentary item, the complimentary item should normally also be returned unused and in its original condition.
