Shipping Policy
At CallMahj, we believe receiving a beautifully designed Mahjong set should feel just as special as playing with it. Every order is carefully inspected, securely packed, and prepared for its journey to your home.
1. Processing Time
Each CallMahj order is prepared with care before shipment.
Standard Orders: Please allow approximately 3 business days for your order to be inspected, packed, and dispatched.
Peak Periods: During holidays, promotional events, or new collection launches, processing may take approximately 5–7 business days.
Personalized and Custom Orders: Engraved, personalized, made-to-order, or bespoke products may require additional production time. The estimated processing time will be stated on the relevant product page.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Most CallMahj orders are shipped directly from our production and fulfillment partners in China using reliable international shipping services.
After dispatch, delivery to the United States typically takes:
5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
3. Free Shipping on Orders Over $200
We offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders of $200 or more.
For orders under $200, the available shipping options and applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts have been applied.
Unless otherwise stated, free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Additional charges may apply if an upgraded or expedited shipping service is requested.
4. Tax-Inclusive Delivery
CallMahj aims to provide a simple and transparent international delivery experience.
Where tax-inclusive or Delivered Duty Paid shipping is available, applicable import duties, customs charges, and related fees are included in the amount paid at checkout. You should not be required to make an additional customs payment before receiving your order.
In the uncommon event that a carrier requests an unexpected import or customs payment, please contact us before making the payment so that we can review the shipment.
5. Tracking and Shipment Protection
Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.
Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.
Orders are carefully packed to help protect the Mahjong tiles, racks, bags, mats, and accessories during international transportation.
6. Address Accuracy and PO Boxes
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address in English at checkout.
CallMahj is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or misdelivered packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Most international express carriers require a physical residential or business address. We therefore recommend avoiding PO Boxes whenever possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.
7. Lost Packages
We work with reliable shipping partners to help ensure that every order arrives safely.
If the shipping carrier officially confirms that a package was lost in transit before delivery, please contact us. After reviewing the tracking information and carrier confirmation, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.
A package is not considered lost while it is still moving through the carrier’s network or experiencing a temporary customs or transit delay.
8. Packages Marked as Delivered
CallMahj is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier has marked them as delivered.
We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery address.
- Checking with other household members or neighbors.
- Looking around the delivery location.
- Contacting the local carrier with the tracking number.
Please contact us if you need supporting shipment information when opening a delivery investigation with the carrier.
9. Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged item.
- Photographs of the outer shipping package.
- Photographs of the internal protective packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier may require photographs or additional evidence.
