Refund policy

30-Day Return Requests

Most eligible items may be returned if you contact us within 30 days after delivery. A return request must be reviewed and authorized before the item is sent back.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unplayed, complete, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email info@callmahj.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and relevant photographs when applicable. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before shipping anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If we sent an incorrect item or an item arrived damaged or defective, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, custom, made-to-order, used, played, incomplete, digital, gift-card, clearance, and final-sale items are normally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. After an eligible return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Order Cancellations

For a standard order, contact us within 1 hour of purchase to request cancellation. We will consider the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started. Custom or personalized orders may enter production quickly and may not be cancellable.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. This right is subject to applicable requirements and exceptions. Customers are generally responsible for direct return costs where permitted and properly disclosed. Statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this policy.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
